Guests appreciated the spacious and well-equipped rooms, even though some areas had low ceilings. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was served in a comfortable dining area. The hotel also had a pleasant interior patio where guests could relax. However, some guests experienced noise issues from the terrace of the restaurant, making it difficult to sleep before midnight. Segovia is one of our favourite places to visit in Spain. The Hosterleria Ayala Berganza was well located, comfortable, attractive snd the hotel personnel helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much even though it was far too short. We stayed in Segovia en route back from Olite to Orgiva.

Excellent value. A nice palace transformed into a pleasant hotel. Too bad the faucets are not so reliable. They need an urgent renovation, but they don't ruin the experience.
